I don’t know about you, but I’ve had the travel bug for as long as I can remember. I am constantly thinking of where I want to go next: Peru, Vietnam, Turkey or perhaps Italy or Thailand again… To me, there is nothing more exciting than flying off to other countries for an adventure, tasting all the food from street vendors and fine restaurants, shopping at the local markets, walking around to see the architecture, museums and historical sights, and attempting to speak the language. The mystery and intrigue of what awaits me when I step off the plane is invigorating. I am torn between being a typical tourist or an amateur cultural anthropologist. I guess a combination of both is good. Here is a photo of my husband and me at the Taj Mahal. I know this image looks surrealistic but I assure you this is a real shot, not Photoshop!
